Fine lustrous and ornate porcelain serving pieces made by Leuchtenburg in Germany between 1920 and 1935. The pieces are painted with flowers, roses, dark pink and pale pink with their green foliage. They are also decorated with golden floral motifs. The borders are scalloped and are accented with shaded pale green.
The set includes:
a sugar bowl with lid that measures 5.5 inches (14 cm) from handle to handle and 5 inches (12.7 cm) high;
a milk jug is 5.5 inches (14 cm) wide (spout to handle) and 3.5 inches (8.89 cm) high;
a serving dish (a butter dish) with inner plate with lid (dome); the dish measures 7.75 inches (19.68 cm) in diameter and 1.75 inches (4.44 cm) in height; the plate measures 3.75 inches (9.52 cm) in diameter. The height of the dish with the dome is approximately 5 inches (12.7 cm) (the diameter of the dome is 5.5 inches)
one pot measures 3.25 inches (8.25 cm) in diameter and 4.25 inches (10.79 cm) in height.
The pieces are in very good condition, although the rim of the dome is a little worn and the inner plate has a small line.
